Posted by diamond in : Cycling , 1 comment so farand that at least i’m happy with ,-) Went to roscrea today, with conal, and myself and mark went for a ~27km cycle, which we averaged 20kmph for, about 2/3rds of his normal speed -) I’m rather exhausted after it, those were some horrible hills. I have vague plans to go back up in about a months time and try the same route again with him to see if i’ve made any progress. For now however, sleep is such a good option.
