Had my appointment with my consultant today. He seems quite pleased with how things are going, says he doesn’t need to see me again for another year. If/when i get a more regular job i’m supposed to start slowly reducing the amount of medication i’m taking to see if it’s possible to become less dependant on it. So, why am i so utterly depressed?
