October 1st, 2005I’ve been working on setting up request tracker at support.nonado.net. When setup, this will give a central point of contact for any issues, requests, suggestions as regards the adminning of nonado, and allow anyone who wants to help admin keep track of all the requests that have been entered. When finished, you’ll be able to either log in to the website, or email support at nonado.net which will automatically create a ticket (or keep track of one that you’re replying too). It’s all quite clever and stuff, it’s just being a right pita at the moment trying to balance security and memory usage. Anyway, i’ll update here when things are ready for more testing, rt is currently not in a usable state ,-)
